All-Star Brit Funk Supergroup featuring members of Beggar & Co, Hi-Tension, Central Line and ex-members of Light of the World & Incognito.
The Brit-Funk Association features a 10 piece collective of musicians from Beggar & Co, Central Line, Hi-Tension and ex-members of Light of the World and Incognito to perform from each of the band’s back catalogue tracks such as “Time”, “Somebody (Help Me Out)”, “Walking Into Sunshine”, “Hi-Tension”, “British Hustle”, “There’s a Reason”, “I’m So Happy”, “London Town”, “Nature Boy”, “Everyday” and some of the great music that inspired them by bands like Kool & The Gang, The Blackbryds and others of the genre.
B-Funkt Live in Concert
B-Funkt is an 11 piece Funk/Soul/Rare Groove outfit based throughout Basingstoke & neighbouring areas. We consist of Darrell’s soulful lead vocals, supported by two dynamic backing vocalists. With a monumental horn section and a tight, energetic back-line, these members come together to create one of the finest funk bands in the area.

eni Stevens turned the Brit Soul scene upside down by daring to move away from ‘the dance beat’ with his debut album Blue Moods. Blue Moods topped the soul charts in the mid 80s and became a landmark album of ballads selling over 150,000 copies in the UK alone.
