Tuesday 2nd of June 2020 The Music is Paused
On Tuesday 2nd of June 2020 we stand with the Black Community (in the music business and beyond) and will be pausing all live broadcasts in light of the murder of George Floyd.
On May 25th 2020, Minneapolis police officers arrested George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man, after a deli employee called 911, accusing him of buying cigarettes with a counterfeit $20 bill. Seventeen minutes after the first squad car arrived at the scene, Mr. Floyd was unconscious and pinned beneath three police officers, showing no signs of life.
Pressure Radio is not a political station but we cannot stand by on this as a radio station who plays music of Black origin and as decent people who stand with the Black Community and what is right.

VIolence with the harmless is never justified, this murder is an unacceptable crime by the police. American people, especially white, should take this in regard when there will be USA president elections in November.
