Hey Everyone,
So, sadly this years Vocal Booth has now come to a close, Family all packed up & back at home….& so now the comedown! It was wonderful to meet up with the old hands & great to meet so many VB Virgins who now stand among us as part of the Family. I am therefore a mixture of exhaustion, elation & depression – no one ever looks forward to returning home – so please excuse me for not looking my best right now! As well as all the usual outstanding music available at VB, I took the time to catch a few people who play a little darker & more minimalist than I usually do – just to spread my own experience & I think I bought back some of that influence to share with you today through a tracklist that went like this….
Jill Scott – He Loves Me (Eli Escobar Bootleg)
Kyodai – Breaking (Ian Pooley)

I will post my set from VB as soon as its published, so all that remains for me to say is THANK YOU to Andy Ward for yet again putting on a spectacular event & to Phil Gillman of Gillman Audio for enabling all of us to sound the very best we possibly could
