DJ Scooter B Started out pause editing on tape decks & later fell In love w/ the art of dJing & started dJing in 1983  on turntables w/o pitch control. Grew up listening to influences such as The Hotmix 5 on the Chicago station WBMX consisting of Farley “Funkin” Keith, Ralphie “The Raz” Rasario, Mickey “Mixin” Oliver, Scott ”Smokin” Seals & Julian ”Jumpin” Perez . Then going by the name  Garry “Get Down” Bass later picked up on Ron Hardy and Frankie Knuckles style of mixing. Spent  most of the days after school in the basement creating blends and later started doing high school party’s .
Went on to College, changed the name to Scooter B (Don’t ask) and started doing various parties but house music was not the preference. After college  DJ’d @ various clubs and functions doing both hip hop and house around the city. Did clearchannel radio in Milwaukee Wi. for four years(Hip Hop and R&B) and now back his roots. Now Affiliated w/ The Core DJs Worldwide and canbe heard RIGHT HERE on Pressure Radio
